As a small business we believe it's important to support our local community as much as possible. Therefore all materials we use are either produced, manufactured, and/or sourced by Canadian companies large and small.
Why beeswax?
On top of the functionality of being able to treat all blacksmithed items from beeswax there are multiple benefits to using it for candles as well. As a natural product there are no harsh chemical fumes being released as it burns, so those with a more sensitive olfactory it won't irritate your nose. As beeswax burns it releases negative ions when negating the positive charge of air contaminants such as pollen, dust, dirt and pollutants. And to top it off, it has pleasant natural aroma of honey.
